Do You Ever Feel…?

Do you ever feel lost? Worthless? Unwanted? Not important?

Do you ever feel you’re not a priority in life?

Do you ever feel a hole in your faith?

Do you ever feel incomplete?

Do you ever feel unloved?

I don’t know about you, but I do. A lot. I feel worthless. I feel like a failure. I feel like I am not enough. I feel like I am not a priority.

I feel completely alone in this world.

Regardless of my constant.

My constant being Jesus Christ. The One who sacrificed his life to make it known that I never have to feel such horrible things. The One who loves unconditionally and eternally.

I feel hopeless; without faith.

Regardless of my constant.

My constant being Jesus Christ. The One who gave his life to erase all sin from my life, and yours. The one who grants forgiveness no matter how big the sin.

I feel unwanted.

Regardless of my constant.

My constant being Jesus Christ. The One who endured the worst of the worst so that I could live the best of the best. The One who makes all things new no matter the size of the dent.

Why do I feel these things?63d9dc8a3418fe49492dabd47d5cd1d9

Because of Satan. God does not provide hurt, He only provides love. God must give Satan permission to hurt. Only because God knows that He is stronger than Satan. He is stronger and more powerful than any other force. He proves His strength, grace and love every time you feel lost. God will overpower Satan. God will not let Satan win. God tests us. He wants to know how strong our faith is. He will undoubtedly love us unconditionally. He will never let us flail in failure. He will reach out to us, as long as we know to look for his hand. We must realize where love exists. We must learn that love exists everywhere. We just need to see that Satan doesn’t like love.

Whenever we feel unloved, unimportant, unwanted, incomplete, alone, lost, unworthy, etc., that is when we know that God is trying to prove his love to us. That is when we know that God is asking us to answer to Him. That is when we know that God wants us to ask Him for guidance. That is when we know that God has a much bigger plan for us. That is when we know that God will make us feel loved, important, wanted, complete, united, found, worthy, etc. That is when we know it is time to listen, listen deeper and longer than we’ve ever listened before.

de71b5af3cfba9d18c966e9ed3d00eba1 John chapter 4 verse 17-18 (MSG) says, “God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God and God lives in us. This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home and mature in us, so that we’re free of worry on Judgement Day – our standing in the world is identical with Christ’s. There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life – fear of death, fear of judgement – is one not yet fully formed in love.”

Though we may get lost, we may lose sight of our ultimate goal, that is only temporary. Love is permanent. When we seek, we will find. When we find, we will thrive. Finding God’s hand is your first step in getting revenge on Satan. And as human’s don’t we all love a little revenge? The best revenge? Using God’s magnificent love against the most evil thing in the world – satan.

I truly believe that each one of us is capable of much more than we think. We have more powers than we realize and we have bigger plans than we’ll ever know. Surrender to Christ and His unconditional, unending, unfailing love will promise the best of the best, simply because He endured the worst of the worst.

You matter. You matter to the Lord, our Father. OUR Father. You matter to me, as a brother or sister in Christ. You are loved, wanted, important, worthy, complete, and found. You are a priority. Love in God’s name, and He will never fail you. God’s love is absolute. There is no possible way to prove His love wrong.

As a friend of mine said, “His love is phenomenal.”

It truly, truly is and once you start accepting that beautiful love, there is absolutely no turning back!

Be kind to yourself and let yourself be loved. No matter how hard it may seem, love is the most simplest of things.

Do you ever feel loved?

Do you ever feel wanted? Important? A priority?

Do you ever feel complete? United? Worthy?

Do you ever God working in you?
